Basketful Terms of Use

The agreement

Basketful is made by Nerd Driven. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Free and Premium

The free tier includes up to three shopping lists. Basketful Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $12.99 per year. Premium unlocks unlimited lists, starting a family share (joining one is always free), recipe import, list templates, frequently-bought suggestions, shopping-trip Live Activities, appearance options, budget mode, item photos, and store-arrival reminders.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Your content

Your lists are yours. They live on your devices and sync through your own iCloud account — Nerd Driven runs no servers and holds no copy. See the privacy policy for the details.

The usual conditions

Basketful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Nerd Driven's liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Don't use the app for anything unlawful. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
